1. How to setup your store

1.1 Login

The store is composed of two parts; the storefront and the admin. For security reasons, only you can have access to the admin but everybody can see the storefront.

In order to see your storefront follow the link http://www.your-stores-name.bulalala.com and put your real store name in lieu of your-stores-name. For example, if your real store name is Microshack, you have to enter http://www.microshack.bulalala.com.

To login to your Bulalala admin, you have to add /admin to the link. In our above example, you have to enter http://www.microshack.bulalala.com/adminto get into your admin account. After you are inside your login account, you can then manage your store.

1.2 Payment methods

Your store would normally need a payment method if it has to accept payments online. There are a host of payment methods but Paypal is perhaps the most popular so that is what we recommend. To enter a payment method, you have to login to your admin account and set it up in the “Preferences” tab. After a sale is made, Bulalala will charge the buyer’s credit card and we will pay you through the payment method that you have set up. This means that you will only pay us when you make a sale.

1.3 Using your own domain name

By default, Bulalala gives you the domain http://www.your-stores-name.bulalala.com but that doesn’t mean that you cannot enter your own custom domain. If you want to provide your own domain, you need to contact our administrator at admin@bulalala.com.

1.4 Preferences

When you log in to your new store, you can set your preferences. A “Preferences” tab is provided for you and from there you can edit the settings of your store. You can set you Taxes, Domains and Shipping options.

1.5 How to find help

Although our platform is rock solid when it comes to stability, still there might be things that you will encounter that needs immediate attention. In this case, all you need to do is contact support or our administrator at admin@bulalala.com. You can also use the inputs of the Bulalala community by visiting our Community Forum.
